This component is a Sub-assembly used in Automobile Power window regulation.This gearbox will house the Worm gear and Motor Assembly that drives the Window Up/Down in an Automobile.

This Assembly line consist of Multiple Variants of gearbox which is supposed to be Auto-detected using Vision Camera setup, Multiple child parts are fed using Vibratory bowl feeders, singulated and then pressed into the component. After each child part assembly, the pressing depth is checked prior to next operation. Finally, the component is laser marked and not okay parts are automatically rejected by the machine.

Due to greater number of child part assembly and requirement of Quality check in each stage constrained by cycle time of less than 12 seconds the solution consist of Index table with Multiple fixtures for assembly and quality check on each index.
