The component assembled is a Pneumatic valve used in braking systems of commercial Vehicles. These valves are used for Air Pressure regulation in the Brake chamber of Air brake systems.The Assembly requirement consists of Several layers of Sub-assembly of child parts.O-ring assemblies, measured grease dispensing, Screwing application with closed loop Torque feedback and End of Line testing of the assembled component.
The complete line is integrated with manual assembly stations and completely automated machines. The Component travels on pallets and stopped in respective stations for either manual child part assembly or completely automated assembly/ screwing application.
The End of line testing is a Custom Circuit that is designed to test the valve under actual working conditions.
