This is an Assembly line for Steering Lock set assembly used in Automobiles. This component allows the Driver to lock the vehicle and switch on the ignition. These assembly are used in majority of the Automobiles.

The Assembly line consist of Batch Code marking on the component for traceability, cleaning chamber along with Vacuum suction for ensuring dust free component for assembly. Grease dispensing in critical areas using metering unit for accurate reliable grease dispensing. Servo Press for accurate press fitting of Critical components.

For our Japanese customer the Automation requirement is more inclined towards use of Mechanical Poka-yokes and Simple automation concepts within compact space while ensuring the quality of the product being assembled.
